I have finally made the decision to blog. This was a big committment for me. I know that some of you have struggled with the decision to get healthy. The committment just seems so overwhelming. Where do you find the time? How much will it cost etc. Well, the truth is this. You would spend your lifes savings and devote any required amount of time to restore your health if you lost it.
